Yes! We are happy to partner with all of the local builders and advise every step of the way during your new home purchase. Please contact me before your visit so I may help. For example, Minto only allows buyer representation if your agent accompanies you the very first time you register in the Sales Center. Once registered, the builders pay the agent commission so there is no extra charge to buyers. Call me for details.
